Derek Prosser has over 17 years of video editing experience. He has edited many projects throughout his career for a variety of clients and broadcasters. He is proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite of products, including Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro, on which he is an Adobe Certified Expert.
He was previously Senior Creative Editor at GAPC, starting there in 2003. He has been freelancing since departing from there in 2009.
He is a graduate of Algonquin College's television broadcasting program (2003) and has returned on occasion to teach first year post-production.
